• Leading design of a 0→1 clinical research platform for continuous glucose monitoring and protocol activities tracker (CGM)

Designed Katletki Slavic meatballs product with health and sustainability at its core. This e-commerce packaged food business was one of the participants of La Cocina Business Incubator.

.	Managed relationships with VIP clients by reviewing any inquiries in internal and external tools.
.	Kept up to date with product knowledge and industry trends and translate that knowledge into community communications as needed, timely reporting the trends and issues to management. 
.	Daily moderated the website forum to ensure photos & comments displayed follow Sephora guidelines as directed by marketing.
