I’m currently Creative Director at UX & CX agency Each&Other where I spend my days helping an expert team of UX designers, researchers, strategists and technologists come up with simple and effective solutions to complex digital design problems.

I help design teams to communicate clarity and understanding in their solutions. My superpower is helping brands shine and show their offering and value clearly across digital. I do this through eye-catching, engaging and memorable, user focussed design solutions.

My specialism is in digital, user interface and visual design and I’m also really into design communities, inclusive leadership and internet culture.

Fundamental to all aspects of my work is a continued practice of being visible and speaking openly in the design community about my experiences as a fat, introverted, queer woman in design leadership without any formal design qualifications. I do this through writing, speaking and mentorship.

Happy to chat to all sorts of designers (sometimes a new perspective can be really helpful) about your work, your goals & ambitions, your struggles or to be a sounding board and cheerleader where necessary 👏
