I’m a passionate UX strategist and HFI Certified Usability Analyst with over 12 years of diverse experience in UX design, research, academia, and architecture. My unique journey as an architect has profoundly influenced my ability to craft user-centered solutions that truly resonate with users.
I am the Headed of UX at the MIT Academy of Engineering, where I have designed a comprehensive curriculum that equips students to successfully prototype real products. I'm proud to say that 95% of our students achieve this goal, with 60% securing internships by their third year.
As an HFI Certified Usability Analyst™, I specialize in UX Testing and UX Research, focusing on usability evaluation, mixed-method research, cognitive ergonomics, and ethnography. My expertise allows me to tackle a variety of challenges,
