During the internship, directly worked with and reported to the India, Country Manager @ JOYY [Nasdaq: YY], the parent Company of apps like Vlight, BIGO, Likee, IMO Messenger, Hago & YY.

•	Planned and finalized the marketing budget of the team for the quarter by analyzing the past and present cash flows, growth and predicting the future cash flows. Planned new abstract campaigns and the incentives given to the retail team for the quarter (Jan 20 – March 20).
•	Designed and managed the inventory management system for the team along with documenting, handling and streamlining the vendor identification, finalization, onboarding and procurement of marketing collaterals. (~20K items)
•	Created and finalized the standard pitch deck of the product for corporate and commercial purposes. Conducted an analysis of the Online Daily Fantasy Gaming Market while forecasting the growth and identifying the target customer base (50.69 crore). 
•	Analyzed the sales, cost incurred in building the retail network and the GMV of the product and the promotional campaigns. Tracked the progress and centrally managed the on-ground team consisting of 4 Regional Business Managers, 28 Territory sales managers, 25 distributors, 28 sales executives and retailers (rapidly growing) across India.

•	Conducted market research and analyzed the market to find optimum pricing for blockchain and six sigma training workshops.
•	Worked with the team to develop a roadmap to penetrate the market and become leaders in blockchain consulting.
•	Worked with the Business Excellence team to reduce the defects in the process for the using the Lean Six Sigma framework.

•	Conducted a basic financial analysis of Bangalore Municipal Corporation and gave data-backed insights to increase its revenue.
•	Conducted secondary market research for an e-commerce client to expand in a new array of environment-friendly products.
