About Archana Vaidyanathan
Senior UX Researcher at Meta Inc.
Archana is a Senior UX Researcher who transitioned from an international multidisciplinary background in design and business by returning to college and completing two degrees while having a baby. Currently, she's working at Meta's consumer privacy team and empowers people to take control of their data. She's also led research at a smaller company where she worked cross-functionally for various product verticals, built research operations, and educated stakeholders about research. She loves to inspire and mentor new/transitioning/solo researchers, plus working moms, on managing work-life, ambiguity, and the imposter syndrome
