I am a Service Designer with more than 7 years of experience working at innovation and tech companies for clients in the Finance, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Automation industries, among others, but I have specialized in Healthcare and Life Sciences.

"There is a human behind design (whether as a user or as a designer)"; "More why's and how's, less what's" are my design mottos.

I mix different practices and tools to better understand what's behind human needs and behaviors in order to design truly valuable strategies and solutions for both, the business and the customer.

Products and services are an extension of people; they are a means to accomplish our goals and fulfill our needs, but I believe that we can't fully deliver human-centered solutions to users/customers if we don't start by fostering a human and healthy work environment throughout the entire design process.
