I'm a Senior Design Lead with a tech background. I've been working professionally as a designer since 2011. I clearly remember the industry shift from 'web designer' to 'UI/UX designer' 😄.
I spend my non-working time swimming, playing with my son, and becoming a beginner again, trying my hands to develop games. Hopefully, I can share some of my experiences in this community ✌️
Some things that we can talk about: work-non work balance health dan wellness as a designer time management career shift long term dreams still unsure what to pursue already know what to do but need a different perspective you have ideas but need to be sharpened becoming generalist or specialist becoming a designer and a parent identity as a designer long-term career as a designer.
