I am a seasoned Recruiter with over 15 years of experience helping design organizations hire, build and scale teams. In addition to building design teams, I also work as an independent consultant providing 1:1 interview preparation, salary negotiation guidance, and creating workshops on career development for young professionals of color and women of all levels. Aside from my full-time role with Pinterest, I lead regular workshops with the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; She Shares Conversation series; Women in Travel Tech; and The Useful School; and I have also worked with the Professional Business Women of California and AIGA to lead workshops for past summits.
