Principal Product Designer at Capital One
I’m a Principal Product Designer with 10 years of experience leading UX strategy and product experiences across enterprise, finance, media, and startup environments.
Currently at Capital One, I lead design and strategy for two internal enterprise tools. I also mentor junior designers to strength their soft skills of stakeholder communication, presentation skills, and collaboration.
I’m a recurring portfolio reviewer at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), where I provide portfolio critiques and career guidance to emerging designers.
While working at frog Design, I created a mentorship program for underrepresented undergraduate students in NY and NJ focused on portfolio redesign and career coaching. My two mentees went on to roles at Grey Advertising and BuzzFeed.
I want to mentor on ADPList because I understand how impactful guidance, honest feedback, and visibility can be in shaping a designer’s career, especially for those navigating the industry without clear access or representation. Throughout my career, I’ve mentored emerging designers in portfolio development, storytelling, workplace communication, and confidence-building while helping them grow into stronger into stronger strategic thinkers and leaders.
