•	Built a model using NLP, LSTM, CNN to predict the Category of a ticket logged in the Enwisen Portal and also recommending the top 5 most probable resolutions for those tickets with an accuracy of 75%, there by improving the turn-around time for ticket resolution by almost 10 days.
•	Built a Python script to scrape Outlook Emails to automate monitoring of error notifications for 500 interfaces across 100 countries to run every hour using Automation Anywhere (Robotic Process Automation)

•	Predict Generator Failures for Hydro-turbine
o	Data Cleaning: Used techniques such as Ffill, Bfill for data imputation.
o	Data Exploration: Visualized and discovered patterns using libraries such as Seaborn, Matplotlib.
o	Dimensionality Reduction: The feature space was reduced using PCA
o	Model: Built 3 machine learning models using HdbScan, Gaussian Mixture, Auto Encoder in Python.
o	Model Evaluation: Model with high validation against failures and low false positive rate was selected.
o	Feature Importance: Feature Importance was calculated using K.S statistical test
o	Result: Successful prediction of anomalies leading to potential failures with a lead time of 10 days with a false positive rate of 2%.
•	Predict Gear Box Failures for Wind turbine
o	Data Analysis: Used Pandas Profiler to analyze the data.
o	Data Cleaning: Linear interpolation was used to fill missing values.
o	Outlier Detection: Isolation Forest was used to detect Outliers
o	Feature Selection: Features were selected using Variance as a metric
o	Decomposition of Time Series: Used Dickey Fueller’s Test to test for Seasonality and Trend Analysis
o	Dimensionality Reduction: Reduced the feature space using Auto Encoder
o	Modelling Algorithm:
o .     Semi Supervised: GMM, Decision Tree, Random Forest, ExtraTrees Classifier
o	Normal Behavioral Modelling: Auto Encoder, Linear Regression
o	Anomaly Detection: Used Hotelling T square score on residuals to detect Anomalies
