Build, own and grow Hitachi Global Employer Branding, Visual System, Messaging. Partner with global and regional teams to curate and produce go to talent market initiatives that targets and attracts key demographics to boost quality candidate awareness, applications and hires.

(Although my tenure was cut short due to a wave of layoffs, I'm proud of the impact I had during my time at Typeform and keep it as one of the most formative experiences) 

Led company-wide initiatives to bring Typeform's culture and values to life, attracting diverse talent in Europe, the US, and Colombia.

Responsibilities:
- Culture and Brand: Owned Typeform's employer branding and Culture activation (EVP, brand story, careers site).
-  Develop activation plans, activities, and general campaign schedule.
- Served as a subject matter expert and strategic influencer for different teams (HR, Marketing, C-level) to create programs that enhance our Culture and reputation as an employer.

Achievements:
Awarded LinkedIn 2022 Best Employer Brand in Spain.
Designed a digital playbook resulting in successful C-level hirings

I took on a hybrid role leading the team in building our global employer brand strategy and regional talent acquisition tactics, supporting our growth in the US, Europe, and South East Asia. 

Responsibilities:
- Culture and Values: Developed and executed a comprehensive Talent and Culture promotion strategy (internal employer branding) aligned with the company's mission and values.
- Owned the development and management of the global Employer Reputation guidelines, including materials supporting the activation and deployment of the EVP and creative campaign.
- Led global projects - Global Employer Brand Refresh (with Ph. Creative) | New Career Site (with Ph. Creative) for more significant candidate attraction and application conversion.

- Silver Award at the European Employer Brand Management Awards 2021

Reporting to the Founders, as Director of People & Culture, I led the talent acquisition organization (1 Head of Recruitment, 2 Team Leaders & 15+ recruiters) and marketing (5 marketing and design specialists) teams positioning ITMAGINATION as the business partner of choice and the right place to work.

Achievements
- Developed and executed a talent acquisition strategy, enhancing recruitment capabilities and resulting in a 45% hiring rate increase over six months.

Directly reporting to the VP of Marketing, I joined the Luxoft Marketing Team and led the creation and execution of its Employer Brand globally. I managed a team of 6 senior employer branding managers (Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Russia, and Mexico).

With the support of our agency, we built and drove Luxoft's yearly campaign – Free Tee for IT (www.freeteefor.it) 
Results: 
• # of registered users with Social Media: +6.300 talent leads registered
• # of CVs validated for recruitment: +1.900 CV

As one of EMEA's first Customer Success Managers at LinkedIn, I had the privilege of advising CAC40 companies in leveraging the power of social recruiting and branding to attract the best talent.

My responsibilities in this role include: 
- partnering with CAC40 Talent Acquisition teams to develop compelling online recruiting strategies.
- working closely with companies to support their employer branding and recruiting campaigns on LinkedIn.
- working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, operations, and insights.

As Staffing Consultant and Team Lead, I worked closely with all levels of our clients’s recruiting teams to define, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to provide a qualified pool of candidates. 

My scope of work included: 
- advising Hiring Managers in France and the Middle East on their staffing needs.
- leading the design and implementation of sourcing strategies
- overseeing a team of three Sourcing Specialists.
