I am an experienced IT professional with more than 10 years of experience in the field. During this time, I went from being an ordinary developer in a small Swedish startup to becoming an Engineering Manager in an international company worth 1.5 billion dollars. Along the way, I had the opportunity to work with many technologies, including JS/TS, Vue, Nuxt, React, Node.js, Cypress, Electron, Python, PHP, and more. I worked with different approaches, methodologies, and processes such as Scrum, LeSS, XP, Kanban, Waterfall, etc. I conducted approximately 100 interviews with various companies, and I also served as an interviewer myself about the same number of times. In the end, I was a community leader at Raiffeisen Bank and spoke at meetups and conferences.
But I would never have achieved what I have achieved if other people had not shared their knowledge with me. As Benjamin Franklin said, knowledge is the best investment.
