Job responsibilities : 

- Promoting and executing on MITS marketing campaigns nationally; 
- Working with internal stakeholders to deliver effective programs; campaign development, integration and messaging alignment; 
- Campaign and project management – responsible for overseeing all aspects of campaign management including generating clear and strategic agency briefs, managing creative approvals, overseeing campaign logistics and deployment, collecting and analyzing results; 
- Help building, secure alignment, and execute an integrated marketing strategy (including multiple programs – cross portfolio, cross channel, cross function); 
- Supporting and reinforcing all Sales training initiatives; - Developing internal and external materials and communications, including writing copy (eg. customer centric presentations, brochures, sales tools, newsletter, etc); 
- Agency/vendor management – working with various external agencies and vendors on campaign logistics and execution; 
- Providing clear creative feedback and work collaboratively to develop strategies to ensure campaign success.

- Recording and processing all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax or email efficiently and accurately and converted to sales where possible to meet hotel targets;
