Hi, I'm Artem! Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to building products – from hardware for major airlines and innovative retail experiences for telecom companies, to Russia's leading digital delivery platform, and now, payment tools used by thousands of businesses of all sizes across the UK and Europe. Over the last 4 years, I've held leadership roles at premier tech companies in Russia and the UK, managing teams of 15-35 outstanding developers and product managers. The annual costs for these teams run into millions of pounds.
My leadership and extensive experience are well-recognized in the industry, as evidenced by my frequent invitations to speak at major tech events. There, I share my knowledge on assembling and guiding tech teams, and in evolving products from their initial MVP stages to fully functional products loved by users. I also mentor some of Russia's most promising students at the New Economic School (NES), which ranks in the top 1% of Russian universities, guiding them toward careers in technology and introducing fresh talent into the sector.
