I’m Artem. For the past nine years, I’ve been defining requirements, drawing diagrams, managing backlogs, occasionally arguing with stakeholders, and looking for solutions that make a real difference.

My work draws on curiosity, a perspective that extends beyond my professional life, and resourcefulness. Those three pillars help me put something together that works using whatever’s available, even when the budget, tools, and information at hand don’t exactly inspire optimism.

Another strength of mine is finding value even in questionable feedback: separating the substance from the emotion and turning comments into concrete improvements. When working with a team, I’m not afraid to admit my mistakes. Figuring things out and moving forward matters far more than winning every argument.

As a mentor, I’m all about straightforward conversations, honest feedback, and practical advice. No “magic formulas for overnight success” or promises to “make the world a better place.”

I help people at different stages of their IT careers: newcomers looking to understand how business analysis and systems analysis differ from other analysis roles, junior specialists building a versatile toolkit, and experienced professionals exploring their next move. My mentees get access to a structured, comprehensive course.

We can work together on anything from putting together a compelling CV and tackling interviews or professional assessments without panicking to filling skill gaps and using AI tools without landing in trouble.

I also run offline game-based events for companies, teams, and open communities, where we practice thinking outside the box and finding unexpected solutions.
