At the end of the previous year, the strangest year in my memory, we started our own project – together with you.

No matter how to call it: studio, bureau, agency, laboratory, collective - everything is accurate. We believe that the client side represents a unique culture, that grew up on a variety of ideas, coming from team members. This culture essentially is a basement for the future design of anything: from brand identity to a particular feature in the product. We believe that clients and their teams are co-creators and the only right way is to invite them into the design process. Unlike other design agencies, we see our service as crystallizing this culture and building a versatile design basement on top of it. It is meant to last long and evolve naturally.

As Head of Mobile Design, took leadership of the Mobility app – super app in Mobility that serves as the primary means of interacting with Arrival "devices on wheels."

As part of the design leadership team helped shape the "Arrival Design Culture." We aimed to create a decentralised design community where everyone has space to express their unique selves, with workshops as the central platform and outlet. The workshops are where concepts and ideas get nourished and later applied to various products.

Joined the company to lead the Mobility and Fleet Management products. With Arrival being a design-driven company, it provides me countless opportunities to apply my expertise in a wide range of products, from digital in both Web and Mobile to the HMI.

Worked as an HMI Design lead. Advanced HMI concept for both internal and external displays of Arrival vehicles. I introduced ProtoPie-powered testing of HMI.

Adara.io is a crypto trading exchange platform.

It was an exciting opportunity to work on a project in Crypto.

Achievements:
Made a design concept and hired a product team to develop it. Together we made the Web, iOS, and Android apps. Saw it through to production.

Joined the company as a Head of Design. As part of the role, some of the main targets were:

— Managing and aligning the Design stream of the company in terms of branding and positioning.
— Developing and implementing a system of product management.
— Redesign of all services (Web, Mobile, iOS, Android)
— Creating a design system.

It was an exciting set of challenges as, at the time, SuperJob was one of the market's leaders though quite old-fashioned design-wise and rigid as a product.

Achievements:
Together with the management and product teams, we researched and created a new concept, which soon got the stakeholders' approval to go ahead. It resulted in the most significant redesign of the company, covering all major outlets. Later we created the design system, which helped implement new features in the product. As a result, it was the most extensive and successful redesign when it comes to conversion increase. It is the design Superjob is widely recognised and known these days.

Russian mobile phone brand and mobile broadband manufacturer.

Achievements:
Together with the client-side team and my design team, we devised design ideas and implemented them in iOS and Android platforms as much as in wearable devices. The application was later awarded Runet Prize as “Best App of the Year.”

Main Designer behind the Belkacar mobile App. Created concepts for Mobile versions of the product. Worked primarily on the mobile App.

Achievements:
Reimagined the way the documents are processed by the online docs registration and verification. That made Belkacar a pioneer in the field and significantly stirred the carsharing area. It was a breakthrough when we freed clients from having to go to the office to have their docs registered. Eventually, that made the company the second biggest in its segment. Aside from solving design problems, the main challenge was making it sound and safe from legal and cyber security perspectives, which involved a bit of negotiation.

The company's highly differentiated solutions portfolio includes dedicated visas, information services (call centres), insurance, web-based modules (for appointment scheduling and online payment collection), verification, translation, and consultation according to documents that are necessary for visa application.

Anywayanyday is one of the most extensive online Travel Booking services in Russia. It got 4th place in the Forbes list of Russian web companies in 2012. Anywayanyday website earned awards, and their Mobile Apps were featured multiple times as the best on the App Markets.

Achievements:
When I joined, there was an ongoing issue of low conversion of tickets through the website. Remade the website's concept to turn it around with ~ 70% conversion increase.

We created the mobile App with the design team, making Anywayanyday the first-ever OTB company available on all major App Markets. It gained significant recognition and awards from the bigs like Nokia, Windows, Google (for the Android version), and Apple (for the IOS).
