o Leading the Payments Plug-Ins squad (10+ team members), responsible for implementing modular and microservices experiences to enable foreign exchange (DCC, MCP) across our global platform and offer our merchants different options for international business management 
o Working with/ Recurring payments to enable subscriptions on a global scale to our customers

o Owned the application flow experience at a growth stage start-up, with the express goal of funneling ~1.7 million users/month to the right product purchasing

o Worked with my team to build Picpay Studio, Picpay's Platform (PaaS) for integrations, enabling an ecosystem that favors the exchange of experiences and value between Sellers (B2B and B2C) and Products

o Supported Open Banking's strategy definitions for Picpay

o I lead Product Strategy, Product Discovery and Product Delivery working with two features: Mobile Apps Timeline, and the Credit Card Bill experience.  

o I was responsible for uploading the definitive flow of self-service for the subject of Fraud in Itaú credit card applications (Itaucard, Credicard, Hipercard and Magazine Luíza). (Estimated savings of ~5m/ year for the Bank's Ops, NPS at 90, and Impacted Customer Rate at 70%).

o Structured benchmarkings on the main subjects of the digital payments journey in the area of ​​Itaú's digital credit card channels. Responsible for the customer experience front, and for the evolution of the Data Analysis front for Digital Products.
