Session 2: Exploring New Paths - Description: We’ll treat your career like a design project—prototyping 2–3 "bridge" roles where your background gives you an unfair advantage. We focus on lean research to avoid unnecessary steps. - Goal: Narrow down 1–2 validated directions that align with your interests and the market. Session 3: Defining Goals & Next Moves - Description: We’ll translate your experience into the language of your new target field. We’ll set "North Star" goals and map out the specific narrative you need to tell to be taken seriously. - Goal: A clear "Pivot Pitch" and a list of high-impact milestones. Session 4: Revising the Plan & Key Actions - Description: We’ll stress-test your strategy and build a 90-day action plan. We’ll focus on "Micro-Experiments" to gain proof of work while minimizing risk. - Goal: A finalized, week-by-week checklist to launch your transition with confidence.

We can review an existing presentation or just practice a couple of exercises to give you the confidence you need!
