I take this opportunity to introduce myself as a Product Manager, working with Blume Global. I am a Mechanical Engineer from KIET Ghaziabad and completed my MBA with specialization in Retail Management from SP Jain School of Global Management. I am also Doctoral candidate, currently pursuing my PhD from Swiss School of Business Management.

I am a cross functional leader with proven ability to create product requirements and work closely with technical, design and quality teams in agile environment to deliver the product to market. My current role involves devising the vision of the new products, do competitor analysis, create user stories / epics and mock-ups, and then drive the project till it gets demoed and delivered to the customers. I am the functional ‘go to’ person for the development team all along and make sure that timely enhancements are being delivered to market with high quality. I am a hands-on person who is always ready to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals.

I am also a regular blogger who writes frequently on latest trends / developments in Supply chain and Retail space. Plus, I have written multiple white papers which were recognized internationally.
