CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
•	Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship for a team of UX Designers; lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices.
•	Deliver a UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the larger vision over time.
•	Build strong relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside their core product team to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed.
•	Foster Automation Anywhere’s culture and principles within the group, while setting new standards in executional and operational excellence.
•	Be responsible for and effectively advocate for users in a fast-paced, corporate climate, imparting day-to-day design leadership that fosters a shared understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, content, business, and engineering.

Cisco develops, manufactures and sells networking hardware, software, telecommunications equipment and other high-technology services and products. As a part of Collaboration Technology Group, I am responsible to strategise, design and build future roadmap for the Cloud Connected Unified Communication which is hosted on Webex Control Hub. The project focuses on customers and partners cumulatively contributing over $1B to Cisco’s revenue, and caters to almost 200,000 customers with over 85 million users. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and manage design team
• Mentor junior designers to help them understand enterprise design space 
• Lead and Strategies UX for Cloud Connected UC and taking it through the Early Adoption phase to final release to over 500+ customers
• Engage with product team and other stakeholders to create vision for the product
• Building a strong partnership and trust with product teams that have traditionally viewed UX as a peripheral service
• Evangelise and introducing UX as a practice while continuously delivering designs to timely release
• Recruitment and building of a solid UX team to support day to day activity and future releases

As a part of the Global Design team within SAP Labs, we are responsible to streamline core SAP products by defining and unifying common design language. I am working as one of the senior designers and have lead design teams for some of the core SAP offerings like SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Governance, SAP Business Planning, SAP Skill Builder, etc. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
•	Lead and manage projects within various domains, from design management, stakeholder partnership, hands-on User Experience design lifecycle, to participating in development sprint reviews
•	Engage and manage user research activities to validate concepts and gather new insights for product features and functionality
•	Facilitate and lead cross-functional client/ team co-creation workshops
•	Building a strong partnership and trust with product teams that have traditionally viewed UX as a peripheral service
•	Leading small teams of designers and researchers in multi-week-long product design working sessions.
•	Actively supported the development team on current deliverables, while simultaneously worked with stakeholders and product owners to define next generation applications 
•	Conduct Design Thinking workshops with Customers and internal stakeholders
•	Fiori Design expert with over 5 years working and enhancing Fiori Design language and enabling teams across SAP to adapt and learn Fiori Design principles
•	Consulting teams to go through SAP D-Gates and unify designs across SAP Product library

I was a part of the design team working with customers like SAP, P&G and RBS Bank. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
•	Responsible to conduct customer interviews for requirement gathering and scoping the project, define timeline and effort analysis. 
•	Task flow creation, Wireframe designs, Interactive prototype and Style Guide documentation
•	Worked directly with the product team to define the user requirement and aligning them with the project scope and development timeline
•	Participating in sprint meetings and working on tight deadlines to meet development timeline keeping high design standards

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
•	Being a part of this innovative company, working in a startup mode, I was responsible to take charge of end to end front end solution
•	Worked on interaction design for some of the major customers like AAD, Tosoh, Corvette Museum, etc. 
•	Performed role as a usability analyst and was conducting Heuristic evaluations
•	Responsible to define strategy for HTML Development and CMS Integration, define template with proper HTML/CSS markups and define frontend interactions with Jquery.

I was a part of the design team providing design consultation to some of our multinational customers both for their Consumer facing products as well as Internal solutions. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
•	Requirement gathering, Wireframe, UI Development
•	Conducting stakeholders meeting and JAD sessions
•	Building low fidelity prototypes and conducting usability testing with end user and stakeholders
•	Creating visual design and high-level prototype for getting the design sign off from stakeholders
•	Working on the initial style guide for the XHTML Pages and distributing template among the team members
•	Secondary responsibility also includes working on style guides, XHTML/CSS coding along with Jquery. 
•	Do heuristic evaluation for the application and websites and define roadmaps for future development

•	Working on the HTML/XHTML page and define style guides
•	Gathering the client requirements and proposing design changes with prototypes
•	Working on the FLEX screens with basic Actionscript for interaction purpose and review with the developers to convey the idea of the screen layouts
•	Working on the Skinning and Styling of the screens in Flex

I started as a freelancer with one local client and one US client. I was able to increase that client base to more than 12 US clients and almost 10 local clients and was involved in dealing with the clients for financial and designing matters and doing the work and submit that to the client.

A startup company with a lot of local clients like Tantra - The Park, Vidula Consultancy etc. I was responsible for graphic designs and web designs and final deliverables.

While I was doing my Graduation and studying in Arena, I also did some small assignments with this company which involved some brochure design and other graphic design work.
