Hi there! I’m Ashley, a UX Designer at SteelSeries.

Coming from a technical background in ethnographic research and product marketing, I bring a human-centered approach to every facet of what my work. Whether it's executing design work, building relationships with my team, or strategizing for the future, I work to put the needs of those around me first. At SteelSeries, I function as the sole UX Designer for our Digital Team, working with a tight-knit team of engineers, creatives, marketers, digital merchandisers, and hardware product managers to drive direct-to-consumer sales and bring together a global community of gamers. I'm also a part of Women of SteelSeries, an affinity group aimed at building community amongst women both within the company and those aiming for a job in gaming or technology.

I hold a Master's from Northwestern University in Digital Communication with an emphasis in HCI and Visual Communication. Outside of work, I'm a freelance creative designer and photographer - a love for art, music, architecture, nature, and language runs through my veins!
