I’m just out here trying to make life on the internet beautiful for everybody! Passions include Design Systems, digital inclusion and diversity. When I’m not working I’m hanging with my whippet Snoop, endlessly searching for the worlds greatest croissant or dreaming up sock designs.

Looking after Digital Experience Design at Belong, I'm dedicated to accelerating change that creates a more inclusive digital world for everyone. This passion ignited when I began working for Telstra in 2017. As Australia's largest telco, I realised we had an obligation to provide equal digital access for all. True change is a cultural shift. Empathy is the most effective way to leave a moving mark in the minds of our makers.

With over 15 years of experience, I’ve had a meandering career path, from costume jewellery backstage at Bon Jovi to CAD drafting to answering parking fine complaints and now running design teams for Telstra.

Now as a people leader, I love inspiring those around me to realise their own potential. I pride myself on having the ability to bring out the best in people for collective business value. The secret to great teams is casting by individual strengths so that everyone can do a lot of what they do well! Together!
