Hello! I'm Ashley. I have 12 years experience in the design industry, 9 of which have been in the product space. I have work experience ranging in small non-profits, boutique ad agencies, small business ownership, government product, and my last three years have been at a digital solutions agency.
I've owned the growth of design across a government contracting firm, overseen the design of large-scale products, designed for digital platforms beyond mobile and web--including television, wearables, and software. I've worked as the only designer on an engineer-heavy team, as well as a design leader on larger, cross-discipline teams. I'm comfortable talking business strategy with executives, building trust with stakeholders, cultivating good collaboration with cross-discipline teammates, and uncovering CX insights with customers.
