About Asia Corradi
Product Manager at Pillar
Hi! I am Asia, I'm a Product Manager at Pillar, an AI-first ERP for the construction sector that went from 0 to €1M ARR in 6 months. My background is in entrepreneurial research at Politecnico di Milano and made the jump to product management because I wanted to build companies, not just study them. I manage two teams, ship features end-to-end, and work daily with data, customers, and AI tools. I know what it's like to break into PM without a traditional path: during interviews I got told to "start from customer success" and "ask fewer questions." I didn't listen. I can help you with: Breaking into product management Using AI tools to work faster and smarter as a PM Shipping your first features end-to-end Structuring onboarding funnels that actually convert Navigating a junior PM role in a fast-moving startup
