As a smart technology catalyst at STA, I pioneer the development and implementation of solutions that streamline processes, simplifying business for tourism trade providers in Saudi Arabia. Daily tasks involve: 

- conducting extensive research and evaluating emerging technologies and trends in the tourism industry to identify opportunities for innovation and growth,

- collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

The concept behind STEM programs aims to help students connect the dots between theoretical subjects learned at school and practical real-life applications. After a year of research, I developed a program to alter how elementary students understand STEM topics (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) by using a top-down approach rather than the conventional bottom-up approach. During this project, I:

- Designed, developed and delivered curriculum and class activities to 9 students (grades 3 to 6) on different subjects, including programming, engineering, mechanics and electricity.

Madarisna is my first digital product at EMKAN Edtech department. Initially, I started as an associate product manager, and then I received a promotion to product manager. I always prioritize delivering value to the end-users. The success of the school rating app I developed, based on consolidated data from the Ministry of Education, relies on customer buy-in and input. By implementing customer advocacy strategies and effective leadership through an aggressive marketing campaign, I boosted parent ratings by 90%. My other major accomplishments include:

- I secured and signed a SAR 450K contract with a government entity to enhance parents’ involvement in Future Gate platform and generate feedback.

- I led 5 professionals in planning 10 events attended by more than 1000 people, in addition to designing and producing 2 assessment reports based on feedback from over 12,000 survey respondents.
