As product manager I was responsible for the development of the service product within the banking application.


My duties:
Acted as liaison between business, sales and IT teams to refine the product and incorporate features based on market demands.

As a growth hacker, my primary goal is to rapidly increase the growth rate of a business's customer base, revenue, or user base. This involves a wide range of activities such as developing and optimizing marketing channels, designing and running experiments, leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and strategies, optimization of user experience, content creation, and creative outreach.

Increased the conversion of Modulbank.ru and Modulkassa.ru by 10% during my triel period Tested more than 60 hypotheses, resulting in iterative and rapid redesign
Launched two products based on my analysis, resulting in a new income stream for the bank. Rakhmat was launched into the market with the help of opinion leaders and only digital advertising, with a limited budget and a team of 5 people. I consider success not only the fulfillment of goals, but also a copy of the service by another operator.

I am a freelance graphic designer with exceptional creative thinking, time management, technical knowledge, communication and attention to detail skills. I have a deep understanding of Adobe design software, allowing me to create innovative designs that meet clients’ exact requirements. I am a strong communicator and listener who is able to effectively understand and interpret design briefs. My attention to detail ensures that all designs are delivered with the utmost accuracy.

I am responsible for the successful implementation of a business model of the project and a strategy for promoting a brand of a coffee shop chain. My duties include building customer stories, maps and interviewing customers to improve the service offered. I am also responsible for the functional definition, selection, training and personnel management of up to 12 people, as well as for the formation and updating of the customer base, analysis and increase in sales. Additionally, I am responsible for negotiating and administering work with suppliers. The progress of the project is measured by my success in development from manager to director at the opening of a second coffee shop, as well as by my ability to ensure revenue growth three times and create an innovative approach to promotion which involves forming a loyal customer base, increasing brand awareness and attracting new customers.
