About Atiyeh Keshavarz

Software Engineer at LinkedIn

Hi there! I'm Atiyeh, a software engineer at LinkedIn, passionate about helping individuals from non-traditional backgrounds break into the tech industry. My journey into tech wasn't straightforward, so I understand the unique challenges you might face. That's why I'm here to guide you through it.

What to Expect: Personalized Learning Plans: Tailored action plans to meet your goals and skill level. Regular Check-Ins: Weekly or bi-weekly sessions to track progress, address challenges, and adjust plans. Resource Recommendations: Curated resources, including coding platforms, books, and online courses. Career Advice: Guidance on resume building, portfolio creation, and interview preparation. Soft Skills Development: Focus on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

My Journey and Approach: With almost two and a half years at LinkedIn, I've gained invaluable insights into the tech industry and career development. This experience helps me guide coding bootcamp graduates, self-taught programmers, and career changers.

I've helped several mentees land their first tech jobs, improve their coding skills, and build confidence. Seeing their progress drives me to keep mentoring.
