Incomum is a Brazilian strategic communication agency - aligned to wellbeing, enthusiasm, innovation and truthiness. A team made out of bright professionals in a well-structured environment. Art Directors’ roles are straightly linked to on/offline campaign development - alongside writers, interns and creative director. Our routine relies on critical thinking and constant feedback. From brainstorm meetings to content production we thrive on shared ideas. Facing a wide range of clients - from supermarkets to investment agents - our challenges include: campaign concept, branding, naming, digital and old media management and signage/wayfinding solutions.

NSPR was a legal transition to my freelance projects. A learning lab of entrepreneurship’s bureaucracy in Brazil. From Interface wireframing to branding projects, I dealt directly with clients and faced remote work. Anyhow, the main lesson of this journey was: creative processes crave for multiple minds. Walking alone may deliver higher income - but the path is way harder.

Outra is a small size communication agency based in Pelotas, Brazil. Limitations of working in a small room led to constant feedback and quick solutions for outcome problems. We were a small, but still fantastic team! Our clients included: clothing, shoes and accessories stores; grad-show agencies; ice-cream shops and hotels. My art direction role was connected to create promotional content, branding and social media planning. However, we were constantly harmed by timing - by doing things as quick as possible. This inconstancy led to several errors which could be prevented if projects were better planned.

Proudly member of UNESCO associated schools. Funded by nuns - back in 1936 - SCJ Elementary School has roots on kindness, solidity and competency. Furthermore, committed to community building as well as to Global Goal number 4: "Quality education". At SCJ I experienced empathy and generosity. My role as English Teacher was highly challenging, as I dealt with 11 distinct classes - aged from 4 up to 15 years old. Each group with its own peculiarities and each student with its own reality. Later, classes were places of learning exchange and self knowledge. Based on visual and critical thinking enhancement we covered several issues such as: globalization, popular culture and sustainability.

NST is a luxury travel agency specialist in corporate and leisure trip planning. Working as a Graphic Designer at NST was a beautiful challenge, as design is not one of the priorities. The team is fascinating! Each travel agent has an unique multicultural background and world’s perception by travelling all around the globe. Besides being extremely inspired by my coworkers, I have rehearsed interpersonal and presentation skills. Projects were mainly print based (such as: flyers, business cards and logo redesign).

Science Without Borders was an international exchange program fundraised by the Brazilian Government from 2011 to 2016. In order to get a scholarship, there was a selective process - based on student’s GPA and second language requirements. Back in 2014, I acquired this financial aid and moved to Vancouver, Canada. At Kwantlen Polytechnic University I joined Academic English and Graphic Design for Marketing programs. Furthermore, at North South Travel I worked in a professional internship. Living abroad was a pure self-knowledge experience. I highly confronted my interpersonal skills and learn to be confident of my personality and work. Not to mention a mindset turn into urban mobility, user experience and sustainable issues - now attached to my core DNA.
