Invited to return, I accepted the proposal to resume the development of the UX discipline and also assist in the growth and development of the product team, roadmap preparation, north stars metrics and development of new markets with partners and customers.

I was responsible for recruiting and training a team of product designers, UX researchers, and design coordinators for different business verticals, creating products with diverse touchpoints with customers and partners, such as e-commerce, application, post-purchase experience, logistics, and marketplace. Together with the team and stakeholders, I developed a structured product development process and implemented management practices to encourage a strong culture of teamwork.

As Head of Product Design and Branding at Octadesk, I was responsible for building and implementing product development processes and UX research. Leading the design team, I worked on the hiring and development of the team and was responsible for business metrics related to user experience and brand value, such as engagement, support index, NPS, and LTV.

Under my leadership, the design team delivered significant results, including version 2.0 of Octadesk's web platform, focused on customer support through conversations, and a rebranding that reflected the company's new positioning and brought greater expressiveness and professionalism to the product.

As the Design Manager and first Head of Design at Involves, my main responsibility was to establish efficient project and people management processes, defining functions and responsibilities clearly and objectively. Additionally, I created a strategic vision for the Product Design area, implemented metrics, and recruited and developed new leaders for the team.

In the Product Design area, we led the development of a design system that significantly improved the user experience and interaction with web and mobile products, including "Involves Stage" and "Involves Doors". Moreover, I focused on team management and implemented product market fit strategies in strategic projects to ensure successful product launches for clients.

Together with the brand design team, we conceptualized and materialized brand attributes in a new brand positioning for the company, resulting in a complete rebranding that helped to consolidate the brand presence in the market.

As a Product Design Coordinator at Involves, I was responsible for building and implementing processes to structure the product design team (UX/UI) and coordinate improvement and innovation projects with development, product, internal stakeholders, and clients.

I improved the efficiency of the product design team by developing and implementing new design processes and working closely with the development teams to ensure customer needs were met. I coordinated continuous improvement and innovation projects, ensuring products were launched on time and met quality requirements.

As a Senior Interaction Designer (UX) / Product Designer Lead at Involves, I was responsible for disseminating the design thinking methodology and advocating for design processes. I conducted interaction design studies, innovation dynamics, prototyping, user research, user journey mapping, usability testing, and development of new features.

At SocialBase, I helped to structure the design and product department by implementing usability testing, immersion research, developing the design system, and interaction design for the corporate social network platform and application, which aims to optimize internal communication in companies. As a Senior Interaction Designer / Product Designer, I participated in creating innovative solutions to improve the user experience, always focusing on simplicity and efficiency in platform usage.
