Changing roles

As part of a strategic restructuring, I transitioned from my role as Merchant Operations Manager—where I led the MMQR rollout for Wave Money—back to the Technology division as Solution Delivery Lead at Yoma Bank. In this senior capacity, I am responsible for delivering major bank initiatives, ensuring that complex technological solutions align with the bank's strategic business goals. This shift allows me to bridge the gap between technical execution and high-level business strategy, applying my proven record in PMO leadership and agile transformation to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-grade financial systems

I served as the Head of Operations at Digi Gate (a Yoma Bank subsidiary), overseeing the operational strategy for card payments, MMQR, and eCommerce. Transitioning from PMO Lead, I held a dual-entity role as the Merchant Operation Manager for Yoma Bank and Wave Money during the national MMQR rollout. I successfully spearheaded Wave Money's launch as a pilot MMQR acquirer, managing the full lifecycle from merchant onboarding to after-sales support to drive digital payment excellence in Myanmar

I am an IT Product Owner and PMO Leader with a proven record of driving digital transformations in the banking and fintech sectors. As a founding member of Yoma Bank’s first PMO, I scaled the department to lead 12 Project Managers, collaborating directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives. My background spans from enterprise network engineering at BOOM to project management at ATG Systems Myanmar, allowing me to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and agile product delivery

At ATG Systems Myanmar, one of the country's top three service integrators, I transitioned from IT Infrastructure Manager to Project Manager to lead large-scale deployments across the Telecom, ISP, Banking, and Enterprise sectors. This role allowed me to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and strategic project delivery, managing high-stakes initiatives for Myanmar’s critical industries. By combining my deep technical roots with formal project management methodologies, I help organizations navigate complex digital transformations and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.

At BOOM, I progressed from an Enterprise Network Engineer to Assistant Infrastructure Manager, driven by a commitment to architectural excellence and strategic leadership. I began by managing foundational network solutions for global operations, which led to a promotion to Senior Network Engineer in under a year. In that role, I focused on high-level design and critical security initiatives for complex enterprise infrastructures. Currently, as Assistant Infrastructure Manager, I oversee group business infrastructure, moving from technical execution to aligning large-scale technical systems with organizational digital transformation goals

I'm working as a network engineer role and support SOHO network,setup mid-size office network, Wireless System, CCV, PC maintenance and support the in-house develped software installation at customer site.
