What are design systems and how to work with them?

Building successful design systems

Own the design system by building, maintaining, and updating the token-based Design Systems for both Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands. My current role includes ensuring consistency and scalability across all platforms through the use of Design Tokens. I also provide training and support to designers and developers on using the Design System and Design Tokens. In addition, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Design System aligns with business and customer needs.

As a manager, I take pride in guiding my team of designers in achieving their career aspirations. By having frequent check-ins and building meaningful connections, I support a positive work environment that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
