What mentees say

“I was impressed with Austin's knowledge of the UXR field and learned some new things about working at an agency vs. in-house. In addition to broadening my perspective, I appreciated her suggestions for crafting UXR case studies and her openness to reviewing them. Highly recommend booking a session with Austin if you're interested in switching to UX Research!”

Abhi Pandey, UX Designer and Researcher

“I had a great conversation with Austin! We connected over our similar journeys into UX Research and had an insightful discussion about demonstrating research impact. She generously shared different types of research impacts she showcased in her work!”

Mansi, User Experience Researcher II at Epsilon

“As a mid-level UXR looking to grow in her career, I appreciated how open Austin was with her experiences and knowledge. I came to her with some questions about how I can level up in my current role, and she graciously offered different solutions I could try. Additionally, she was understanding of my situation and reassured how my experiences were also common in the industry.”
