Leading the Bit's design and user experience practice at Bit and its mission to empower product teams with blazing-fast production processes and cutting-edge technologies and experiences. The "Bit components" - (not just buttons- flows, or full-blown apps) - will allow teams to create reusable composable products and become truly autonomous. As VP of design, I'm an active key member in defining Bit's strategy with management peers. Responsible for turning Bit's business goals and strategy into an actionable design roadmap and plan, and holding a key role in defining those where our products are used by designers, product managers, and enterprise executives. I'm directly managing design for product design, visual design, creative, and brand, working with top management and alongside multiple stakeholders from R&D, Product, and Marketing.

✦ Led Asurion's first global team, of global design systems and global design language. This team consisted of 6 designers and UX engineers, and 4 developers- working on developing, activating, and serving the entire product organization, aiming to reduce TTM and increase the consistency and quality of our design code standards, and components.
✦ Driving Asurion’s products’ look and feel- shaping, defining, and innovating our experience. Translating our brand language into powerful product visual concepts, tools, design systems, and frameworks, fit for a market leader like Asurion. Evolving and excelling our design quality and team's velocity (±80 designers across our +1000 people product org) while scaling and creating consistency across our different products, and teams.

✦ Led a team of ~25 people of local TLV design teams and the US teams, of product and creative designers. In addition, founded and led the first global team for design systems and design language.
✦ Working across functions and sites with multiple brilliant leaders and stakeholders to build products and services.
✦ ~4 years of leadership experience at our small site (120) and as part of the product leadership in an enterprise organization (23K).
✦ Soluto is the Tel Aviv site of Asurion, the largest provider of tech care in the US. We created enterprise web and mobile apps for a network of more than 19,000 global employees, and over 300,000,000 customers- helping them with their technology, from phones to appliances.

✦ Leading a team of ~15 product designers, and working across functions and sites to build products, services, and processes.
✦  Vision - Developing “north stars” for the company as an ongoing process of refinement and evolution. Being the clear voice in every conversation and review in order to connect everything back to our central purpose.

★ I joined Soluto in an equ-hire deal with my TLV-based UX agency, Pumika. 
★ As for January 2019 This unique move of Pumika's leaders and senior staff, including myself as the CEO and head of experience – was the first of its kind in Israel – of a large UX agency that joins a leading product company.

✦ I founded Pumika in my first year of studies at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, to finance my school tuition. Also, back then this was the only way I could do interactive design work, continuing to explore the passion I discovered in my army service.
✦ I was one of the first Flash designers/developers in Israel, so most of my projects were Flash websites, Games, and Animations. I was also designing software and very early mobile device apps and games (At the age of Nokia). 
✦ Very quickly we started working on startup projects, and grew from one to 38 people. 
❤︎ And we all fell in love with innovation and the world of digital products :)

💜 Pumika was my Product design & Strategy agency, and my first love.
💜 We were 3rd in size in Israel at the time- ±40 talented people working with startups and tech companies on their exciting products and services, brands, and strategy. I was the CEO but also the Head of design. 
💜 As the Head of Design and UX at Pumika, I've led hundreds of cutting-edge projects from some of the most amazing companies. Intel, Wix, Tipalti, Kaltura, Datorama, Playtika, Zeekit, GFK, Personali, Signifai, Finanda, Gett, Binah.ai, Arkia, Fiveblocks, Phytech, Taboola... and many more.
