Building an effective team

As an Associate Creative Director, my responsibilities included leading research and innovation and
managing all aspects of the creative process for various projects and clients in the Telecom, Healthcare &
Pharma, BFSI, Solar Energy, and Software industries.

My role was to identify new business opportunities in various sectors by understanding and gathering
requirements from stakeholders/clients and converting them into meaningful product offerings. I championed
the design research/design thinking approach throughout the entire project cycle.
My key projects were in the domains of Pharma and E-Commerce. I worked with various clients/customers to
understand their needs and translate them into opportunities. I conducted qualitative user research and
reviewed quantitative metrics to understand and validate user behaviour patterns, assumptions, and
hypotheses.
I pitched design-led value-added services and capabilities to acquire new clients.

The primary responsibility was to understand consumer behaviour and usability patterns to generate
innovative business solutions. This involved working alongside the marketing and development teams to lead
projects related to aesthetics and usability in product design, experience design, and research. The goal was
to develop tools, processes, and frameworks for uncovering insights and translating them into potential
opportunities to be realised in product roadmaps
