I have had the pleasure of working on the Leonie brand from its inception back in 2019 when I took the company as a client and I am now overseeing all creative operations. Starting with one shop, the Leonie group is now composed of 4 bakeries in Paris. My role is to design, manage, and advise. I am in charge of creative communication on-site (signage to ensure an optimal experience and print material of all kinds) and online (manage social media visual communication and art direction). My role also includes advising on all things creative and collaborating with other creative actors - like finding and working with videographers/photographers or working with architects to make sure we have beautiful and functional shops that align with the brand's vision and values.

As Brand Manager, I joined Lumos at a critical time in the company's journey. I helped define a clear brand strategy and made sure that branding was consistent on all platforms and assets in the first few months of implementing the new strategy - ensuring the brand stays relevant and innovative. I also worked on developing content that promotes the vision, mission, and values of the brand with the creative team. This unique role helped me consolidate my design and management skills greatly.
In this role, I also managed a designer and was involved in recruiting key talents (photographers and videographers).

I help companies find and define their identity. I design brand identities and advise on brand strategy and communication. Being as passionate as I am about design and building meaningful brands, I started writing on these subjects. New Public also became a blog on which I share my thoughts about branding, the creative process, and everything in-between.

I had the chance of designing the Prescription Lab brand from scratch. I was in charge of maintaining the high-end profile of this Beauty brand and designing the different assets that ensured its life as an innovative and creative brand. My work was broad in its essence as I was to take charge of projects that required from me to be at ease with different aspects of graphic design (web - UI and UX, print, apps, typography, etc.) and have a good command of the creative process. On top of my daily duties I was to make decisions with a "bigger picture" mentality to ensure the brand worked as a whole while staying current.
In this role, I also managed junior designers and interns and was the hiring manager for my department. I helped them discover their potential in a professional setting and assisted them with developing skills such as time/project management, concept design, presenting ideas, and how to manage feedback and requests.

As a freelance art director / graphic designer, I worked on a variety of projects ranging from website design to branding and packaging. People came to me when they wanted one person to "be" their creative agency and help them take their brand to another, higher level through the creation of efficient and stylish designs.

I was in charge of commercial projects for different brands (Elie Saab, Repetto, Hello Bank, L'Occitane, Garnier, Hyatt and many others) and other in-house projects (digital maps, pop-up websites, newsletters, etc.). There, I also had the chance to work on print, web, packaging, videos, branding and any other out-of-the-ordinary projects.
In this role, I also managed junior designers and interns. I assisted them with developing skills such as time/project management, concept design, presenting ideas, and how to manage feedback and requests. I also helped them with their idea generation skills, typography, and how to always be on top of trends. I was also involved in the hiring process of new design interns.

During this assignment I designed a cover for a book that was then published as an ebook. I also designed simple email signatures as well as chose content to be published on Amazon.

I advised this East London real estate agency on their design choices as well as designed a new brand identity with business cards, stationery and occasional posters and banners. I also advised them on their interior design choices.
