About Ayan B
UX Design & Analytics Manager at Conga
I’m Ayan Bihi, a User Experience (UX) professional passionate about fostering intentional career growth and demystifying the design industry.
As the host of the Ascend UX Podcast, I engage in candid conversations with industry leaders and share practical advice to help designers “lift off” their careers.
Having personally benefited from ADPList as a mentee, I’m excited to give back as a mentor.
I believe genuine, accessible mentorship is one of the most powerful tools for navigating today’s design landscape.
My focus is on turning high-level strategies into actionable guidance by helping designers with tangible skills like:
1️⃣ Crafting compelling portfolios 2️⃣ Acing interview loops 3️⃣ Building long-term, resilient career strategies
Let’s work together to make your next career move intentional and impactful!
