Senior UX Design Lead at IBM
Throughout my career, my main concern has always been bridging gaps between business objectives and users' expectations using the best available technologies. I strongly support equal access to technology for all individuals. I always aim to eliminate any barriers between people and technology, regardless of their abilities. Because at the end of the day, developing accessible products not only benefits those with disabilities but ultimately serves everyone.
I currently work at IBM, one of the largest technology companies, leading an excellent team of designers and researchers that is in charge of creating engaging experiences for one of IBM's Cyber Security products.
As an ADP mentor, I would bring more than 16 years of diverse professional experience working on digital and non-digital products that are used by thousands of people in many sectors such as Government, Cyber Security, Healthcare, Banking, Energy, Telecommunications, Education, and Travel
These products were created by IBM, BestBuy, City of Ottawa, Walmart, CanadaLife, Manulife, Telus, Pfizer, Novartis, and many more.
I spoke at Information Architecture Day 2021, and at Accessibility Toronto in 2021. I’m also the Chair of Saskatchewan Polytechnic University’s Interactive Design Advisory Committee.
