1. Partner and collaborate with the C-Level leadership to craft Patricia's strategic direction of the brand, corporate identity, and responsibility for the implementation of all marketing areas: Campaign Planning, Outreach, Lead Generation, Newsletters, Social Media Content Control, Media Corporations and Planning, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Employer Branding, Sales material, Customer acquisition and retention.
2. Facilitate effective, hypothesis-driven testing to find the right marketing algorithm for Patricia
3. Running short and long-term social media campaigns.
4. Implementing both B2B, B2C, online, and bricks & mortar business models.
5. Provide, test, adapt, execute and measure multi-channel marketing strategies that help Patricia scale globally as a marketing leader – ideally in the context of a growth/scale-up company.
6. Provide an understanding of sales and marketing metrics with relentless attention for improvement through iteration and optimization of every aspect of the marketing funnel, from campaign performance to lead conversion.
7. Developing and maintaining a global marketing strategy across multiple channels (e.g., social networks, online media) and touch-points (e.g., physical/online conferences, professional associations).
8. Think outside the box and guide the business on the best strategy and rollout plans to meet business goals.

1. Strategize, plan, and implement all of Hank's general and project-specific marketing and communication initiatives, from conception to launch, with the Product, Offline and Online and Content team.
2. Oversee Hank's online marketing to optimize pipeline and communication, marketing analytics, SEO, data collection, and reporting. 
3. Provide market research and data analysis on industry and competitors.
4. Aid in business development initiatives, including strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
5. Manage and coordinate all marketing, promotions, and advertising activities to ensure revenue growth for consumer products.

1. Plan, execute and analyze the marketing strategy to ensure the achievement of acquisition and revenue goals.
2. Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns with an emphasis on ROI analysis to identify optimization opportunities and achieve KPIs.

18. Engage with marketing agencies and service providers, monitor and manage performance.

14. Work along with SEO, SEM, GDN and Content Marketing teams; leverage the paid channels to support organic growth.
15. Utilize analytical and research tools for keywords, back links, Click through rate, page rank, social presence and competitive intelligence.

I am responsible for delivering high performance brands and marketing strategy. I oversee all Branding, Marketing and Corporate Communications activities of all brands under the group.

This includes;
1. Developing, Planning and Executing all brands and marketing strategies, communication, public relations activities in line with the corporate strategy to achieve the company’s goals and objectives. 

2. Management of all ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and social media platforms, media, research and branding

3. Management of all brands identity platforms.

4. Responsible for strategy development and all marketing communication plans from concept development to execution and supervision

5. Tracking all key market trends and competitors’ initiatives and develop appropriate communication materials.
