•	Led product strategy for MS Teams’ Feedback Intelligence platform - a production Gen AI decision-intelligence system processing engineering feedback reports through LLMs, RAG orchestration, multi-agent workflows on Semantic Kernel, and embedding-based vector search - converting heterogeneous telemetry into routing, deduplication, and RCA decisions at enterprise scale.
•	Built the function’s operating system from zero: authored OKRs and KPI framework, defined outcome contracts across routing, deduplication, fix rate, and time-to-mitigation; established baselines and shipped the KPI dashboards leadership now uses to evaluate AI investment decisions.
•	Designed the eval and governance framework for the LLM stack - offline replay, shadow mode, regression gates, and human-feedback loops - ensuring AI quality improvements were auditable and that prompt or model changes never regressed production engineering metrics.

•	Led the Rider New Users vertical of Bolt’s ride-hailing business at Head of Product scope - a 13-person cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and analysts spanning 50+ countries and 150M+ users. Owned the investment ROI case for the vertical - incremental GMV against fully-loaded team cost, the formal input to semester-by-semester headcount allocation across the company - delivering 8x ROI.
•	Designed and executed the New Users Strategy that lifted activation rate by +11pp and delivered €nine-figure in incremental annual GMV.
•	Led multi-quarter, multi-team initiatives spanning Rider, Driver, Marketplace, Identity, Commerce, Comms, Compliance, and Country teams •	Drove product decisions for market expansion into Thailand, Spain, and Barcelona - partnering with country and compliance teams to navigate regulatory differences across pricing transparency and identity. Launched country-specific payment integrations: Mobile Money (Africa), Google Pay (Global), BLIK, iDeal, Swish.

•	Managed and developed 2 Product Managers and led a team of 4 within the Retention pod at RummyCircle - India’s largest skill-gaming platform, 70M+ users growing 60% YoY.
•	Cash Withdrawal Revamp: rebuilt the end-to-end withdrawal experience and backend processing chain across KYC, Risk, and IMPS check teams. Withdrawal Success Rate +4.30%, D30 ARPU +10%, LTV +9%, support emails −30%, support calls −16%.
•	Smart Payment Routing: shipped an in-house real-time transaction router intelligently distributing payments across 9 partners by predicted success probability - Payment Success Rate +22%.
•	Upskilling Initiative (Drop Adherence): partnered with the data science team to translate top-player gameplay patterns into in-game nudges for emerging players - D30 ARPU +12%, D30 Retention +3.5%, with $1.5M+ annual revenue gain in target geographies.

•	Owned product touching 64M+ users end-to-end, leading a team of 12 engineers, QAs, and designers. Active Advice (web platform for nurses and coaches to configure health programs and manage patients) and My Active Health (web/mobile patient wellness platform).

•	Owned all product initiatives end-to-end across multiple Drupal-based products; product portfolio contributed 28% of annual sales revenue.

•	Big Bazaar Direct: B2B2C E-commerce platform for Future Group (“Walmart of India”); Drupal middleware integrated with SAP, served by an Android tablet app. Scaled the product from 0 to 10K franchisees across 33 cities.
