I am leading the CRO team, creating and executing strategies to optimize conversion rates and key KPIs for over 90 e-commerce websites across Europe. 
We built data-driven experimentation roadmaps leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights, significantly increasing the A/B testing learning rate and delivering measurable value to our core products specially for improving UX and releasing new features. Also I am in charge of managing products related to the team.
