Alterra is the leading B2B tech company in Indonesia that provides a wide range of services such as Bill Payment Aggregator, Distribution Network, Promotion Platform, HRIS and Tech Academy. 

Roles:
1. Lead the agile development team for developing product that meets the stakeholder's expectations and monitor the progress on weekly sprint (scrum meeting).
2. Define the problem statement, analyse the financial projection, formulate the product vision and road map then prioritize its product backlog based on its cost of delay and create acceptance criteria to ensure the development meets the stakeholder expectations.
3. Actively collect data, user feedback and market research, then use them to inform product development and iteration.
4. Formulate the product release plan, set the estimated time of delivery and ensure it is delivered on the right momentum.
5. Currently, managing Alterra's HRIS product called SmartPresence to improve user onboarding experience, effective invoicing system as well as automate its digital marketing, hence it can decrease the churn rate and rose the number of paid users.

Start Surabaya is a program for young talents to launch tech startup with an impact, aim to make a difference, and valuable to society. This is the first city-level tech startup incubator in Indonesia.

Roles:
1. Mentoring local startup founders to create a product with social impact.
2. Analyzing the innovation concept of mentees using the method of Design Thinking.
3. Assessing the progress of many startup projects periodically and share the report to the Chief Executive.

Universitas Ciputra is a  private university in Indonesia that specialised in entrepreneurship education.

Roles:
1.  Teaching Entrepreneurship Class.
2.  Assessing the progress of the student’s entrepreneurial project periodically.
3.  Analysing student’s marketing plan before they launch their product to the market.

Business Wisdom Institute offers customised training for corporate education to enrich people's competencies in a different area of corporate functions.

Roles:
1.  Helping the CEO to conduct in-house training programs for the clients, including researching the materials, preparing the presentations as well as managing the programs.
2.  Analysing human resource development, before and after the training program.
3.  Helping the CEO with reporting and presenting the training result.

TEDxTuguPahlawan is a TEDx conference that infused Surabaya’s heroism spirit onto their entire activity. The organisation strongly believe that Surabaya has a massive number of inspiring people like artists, businessmen, politicians and other people from various backgrounds. It aims to become the catalyst for those people so that they can spread their ideas and represent Surabaya to the world.

Roles:
1. Lead the team to organize various events of TEDxTuguPahlawan such as Annual Conference, Monthly discussion program and video conference with another organizer globally.
2. Curating local talents who have some impactful ideas to be endorsed on TEDx annual event.
3. Ensure the documentation publication and video production release on the TEDx platform as well as its YouTube channel.
4. Managing strong relationship with stakeholders such as Consulate General of America in Surabaya, Bank of Indonesia in Surabaya, Radio Suara Surabaya as well as Institut Francais d'Indonesie.
