• Core responsibilities involve strategic planning, running the day to day operations and leading the team of 30+ engineers and product managers to analyze, design, develop, test and deliver new and updated features, apps under the Field Buzz platform.• Setup data oriented transparent approach for performance evaluations of employees which resulted in higher productivity, better collaboration, better knowledge sharing, faster & efficient onboarding of new team members.• Active mentoring to nurture leadership within the team influenced by the Participative Leadership style.• Designed and implemented project management processes using a mix of Kanban and Scrum philosophies which improved the product delivery schedule by 30% year-on-year.• Designed the architecture & led the development of Field Buzz SaaS platform, a smartphone-based SaaS software, for emerging-market agribusinesses and consumer-goods companies to manage their operations, either in the first or the last mile in their value chains. The software is being used in 17 countries now, spread in Asia, Africa, and South America, with 2800+ active users generating almost 5 millions oftransactions per year.• Designed the infrastructure and deployment management on Amazon Web Services. Used AWS auto scaling to increase existing server availability from of 96% to 99.50% and reduced server costing by 25%.

Supervised all operations from recruiting brilliant developers to client acquisition, strategy development, project planning.• Grew the team from zero to 12 full-time-equivalent software engineers and 18 employees in total.• Led development of the Service and Distribution System for Symphony Mobile, the biggest mobile phone manufacturer in Bangladesh in 2012. The system was deployed in 300+ customers care centers throughout the country to serve 18 millions of customers.• Led the development of more than 20 Android based applications for Samsung Electronics, which had been distributed as pre-installed applications in mobiles manufactured for South East Asia region.
