Partner with leading retailers, restaurants and financial institutions to navigate, unify and run their technology ecosystems.

• Drove product vision for an in-store inventory management solution, resulting in 15% improved store efficiency and 20% fewer inventory discrepancies for a major retailer.
• Translating high-level requirements for Point of Sale (POS) systems, loyalty programs, and payment systems into detailed specifications and designs tailored to the specific needs of retailers, from SMBs to large supermarket chains
• Managing the entire product lifecycle from customers' business requirements through business analysis, supporting the development and testing to successful production.

Worked for Cust2Mate - B2B2C - Frictionless checkout smart cart platform

• Spearheaded the product strategy and lifecycle management for an on-cart web-based application, resulting in a 1,300 increase in average daily transactions and a 30% boost in average items per cart across IL, Americas, and EU supermarket chains.
• Coordinated the implementation of a smart-cart SaaS in IL, Americas, and EU supermarket chains. The platform included an item, user, and cart management functionality, enabling retailers to optimize in-store operations and increase profit.
• Collaborated closely with CSMs, Dev teams, Design and Sales to define user stories, gather requirements, and ensure alignment throughout the product development process.
• I was responsible for leading the implementation of innovative features on the C2M cart platform for the NRF exhibition in NY, which effectively showcased its cutting-edge technologies and generated 250 leads of retail stakeholders.
• Utilized analytics to improve the product, reducing cart abandonment by 15% and enhancing user experience.

• Built a B2C review & location-based mobile app for the Italian market from the ground up to enable parents to purchase baby carriers and related products based on their needs;
• Drove 20% increase in website conversion for Elobaby by strategically implementing a customer reviews section on the homepage and optimizing the cart checkout process
• Reduced customer support ticket volume by 30% through designing and integrating an interactive FAQ section with live chat functionality on the homepage, enhancing user self-service capabilities.
• Oversaw development by freelance developers; provided them with user-flows, personas, and wireframes (Figma).

• Increased printer availability and reduced printing downtime by streamlining the printer’s operation and improved the  printer’s main performance KPI (Average Monthly Printing Volume).
• Collaborated with multiple stakeholders to identify product gaps in the company’s digital printing press and authored PRDs and Figma wireframes to ensure cross-team clarity and transparency.

• Upgraded a legacy app used to communicate and operate the company’s printers, by developing Restful service APIs to connect the server with a new web-based front-end.
• Analyzed and monitored big-data sets, generated reports, and provided visualized insights using Power BI.

NCR is a global provider of integrated software solutions for the food, fuel, and consumer goods retail and distribution industries.

• Developed client/server applications, using .NET 4.0 environments,  and improved the stability of existing software modules, resulting in a 30% completion rate increase (main performance KPI). 
• Trained stakeholders in system architecture, and provided onsite support and training for UK-based customers.
• Working in an Agile – Scrum environment with dynamic development teams.
