Working with engineers

As a Team Lead and Product Designer, I play a multifaceted role in driving success within the team and contributing directly to product design. Leading and inspiring the team, I oversee projects from conception to completion, striking a balance between managerial responsibilities and hands-on involvement in the creative and strategic aspects of product design.

I am actively engaged in the design process, ensuring each product reflects the highest standards of quality and innovation. Additionally, I have played a pivotal role in building and maintaining our design system—a cohesive framework that enhances efficiency, consistency, and scalability across all design projects.

In my role, I held key responsibilities encompassing UX and UI design for both application and web interfaces. On the UX front, my tasks included benchmarking, heuristic evaluation, CRO analysis, and proposing A/B tests. I took charge of designing wireframes, and prototypes, and developing UX concepts. In the realm of UI, my focus was on defining, designing, and iterating visual design concepts and solutions.

UI design for internal applications and for the official website and e-commerce platform.
Art direction and visual identity for BQ products promotion: graphic design for packaging, wallpapers, and digital campaigns.
