This mentorship program is specifically designed for creatives in need of mentoring. My goal is to provide the tools necessary to change the life of designers. All designers from all creative fields are welcome to book me and no one will be rejected.

• Ensured consistent and on-brand messaging for 2 million customers across Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona.
• Led a team of designers, freelancers, contractors, and creative agencies, increasing productivity by and achieving a cohesive brand strategy.
• Oversaw all customer-facing graphic projects, contributing to increased in customer satisfaction. 
• Acted as the lead designer for C-suite initiatives, such as annual and sustainability reports, increasing the brand's visibility and broadening content distribution by introducing web and interactive PDFs to the project. 
• Implemented a design philosophy emphasizing attention to detail, customer understanding, employee empowerment, safety, and reliability, which aligned with our core values.
• Promoted design excellence through one-on-one mentoring and ongoing training, increasing productivity and collaboration between creative teams and internal clients.

• Ensured consistent and on-brand messaging for operators across 100 countries on six continents.
• Led a global creative team of in-house designers, videographers, photographers, and outside freelancers and creative agencies. Coined the most diverse team IGT had ever seen.
• Oversaw design, production, and deployment of all creative materials, increasing campaign engagement and web traffic, which led to a 15% increase in sales.
• Optimized productivity by 30% and streamlined cross-functional workflows by implementing Asana and Adobe Experience.
• Drove IGT's creative vision and consistently secured approval for creative projects by presenting work confidently to stakeholders and by building relationships with project managers and C-suite executives.

• Created engaging content for social media platforms, increasing followers by 100% year over year.
• Acted as lead presentation designer for IGT's C-suite executive's creating presentations for investors, stockholders, and board meetings.
• Collaborated closely with in-house creative teams to safeguard the IGT brand and amplify the company message in a highly competitive industry.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to create impactful and visually stunning marketing materials. This role allowed me to hone my design skills and contribute to the success of multiple initiatives.
• Established brand guidelines for the company's marketing and communication materials, ensuring consistency and professionalism. This built trust and reliability among customers and stakeholders.
• Developed, grew, and managed a digital library of videos, graphics, photography, and other marketing collateral.
• Designed and served as webmaster of the company's website, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online presence.

In the early stages of my design career, I worked a majority of my time here designing printed pieces including product sheets, posters, flyers, CD covers, large format banners and many similar projects. My other responsibilities included developing and managing the digital photo library. I worked independently and reported directly to the company’s Creative Director.
