As the Staff Product Manager, I successfully managed the transition from a license-based pricing model to a contact tier-based pricing structure. This shift resulted in measurable improvements in our pricing strategy and customer interactions. By collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and go-to-market functions, I orchestrated effective rollout plans and developed targeted communication strategies that enhanced user engagement and platform adoption. My leadership consistently emphasizes driving product innovation, fostering collaboration, and ensuring continuous product growth that aligns with market needs and customer feedback.

As a Senior Product Manager, I directed key strategic initiatives, including the Holiday Campaign and the GTM Transformation - Interstellar. I focused on driving operational efficiencies and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve essential business goals.

I led the cross-sell track for Freshmarketer, successfully integrating it with Freshchat and Freshworks CSS to create a unified customer experience. This effort resulted in an impressive increase in the conversion rate, rising from 3% to 17%.

Additionally, I mentored a winning team at the Freshworks Hackathon, fostering innovation in CRM capabilities. I also played a crucial role in expanding our D2C partner network by launching significant enhancements for Shopify and introducing new apps in the CRM Marketplace, strengthening our product portfolio and expanding our market reach.

I scaled and shaped Analytics for CRM from 0 to 1, introducing advanced analytics capabilities and key features such as funnel charts, mobile analytics, and enhanced dashboards. These innovations significantly increased product adoption and user engagement.

By steering the analytics roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams, I addressed vital customer pain points and improved operational efficiency. My commitment to delivering customer-focused solutions was recognized with an award for exemplary performance, showcasing my dedication to innovation and measurable impact.
