About Mei Nguyen
Senior Product Design at Optimizely
Hi, I'm Thuan, a Senior Product Designer with 8+ years of experience across enterprise SaaS, AI-powered products, fintech, e-commerce, and healthcare. Throughout my career, I’ve worked on complex product problems involving platform strategy, permissions, billing, AI workflows, and cross-functional alignment. I’ve also led a multidisciplinary design team, mentored junior designers, and collaborated closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into clear product directions.
I’m especially interested in helping designers grow beyond execution and become stronger at product thinking, communication, and strategic decision-making.
I can help you with:
Portfolio and case study reviews Resume and career positioning Product thinking and problem framing Design critique and feedback Moving from UI/UX execution toward product strategy Career growth for mid-level and senior designers
