Hi, I'm Becky, Head of Design at Riverside. Design is my passion. Over the years I've built deep experience across product design, UX writing and content, information architecture, and design strategy, working closely with product and engineering teams to turn complex ideas into clear, usable experiences.
I want to mentor because I believe growth happens fastest when knowledge is shared. I'm especially passionate about helping designers build strong portfolios that actually reflect their thinking and impact, not just pretty screens. I also care deeply about time management and focus: knowing how to prioritize the tasks that matter most, rather than spreading yourself thin. My goal as a mentor is to help designers, whether they're early in their career or already senior, sharpen their craft, build confidence in their own judgment, and learn to invest their time where it creates the most value, both for their growth and for the business they work in.
