In addition to my responsibilities at Sindibad, I also serve as a lead for the backend development team. In this leadership role, I provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the developers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and direction to excel in their work. I actively engage in performance evaluations, professional development discussions, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and growth.

Another crucial aspect of my role is to define and develop the technical roadmap for our backend systems. By staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and business needs, I create a strategic plan that outlines the future direction of our technical stack. This roadmap serves as a blueprint for our team, guiding us in making informed decisions regarding technology adoption, architecture enhancements, and scalability initiatives.

My experience at Kourosh Asset Management company allowed me to demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical proficiency in .NET Core, and a deep understanding of microservices architecture. It provided me with the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering a high-quality application that catered to the demands of the Iran stock market.

During my employment at Alibaba Travels, an Online Travel Agency (OTA), I had the privilege of working on a significant project: creating a stack for the international section of Alibaba from scratch. As a key contributor, I played a pivotal role in designing and implementing the entire technology stack.

My responsibilities involved architecting a scalable and efficient system that catered specifically to the international operations of Alibaba Travels. Leveraging my expertise, I carefully selected cutting-edge technologies and frameworks to ensure optimal performance and seamless integration across various components.

Working on this project allowed me to showcase my proficiency in developing complex systems and my ability to build applications from the ground up. I am proud of my contribution to the growth and success of Alibaba Travels international section, as our stack became a foundation for facilitating international travel and streamlining processes within the organization.
