About Beibei Zhang
Staff Product Designer at Walmart Global Tec
Hi, I’m Beibei—a design leader with 15+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, and Customer Experience (CX). I’ve led high-impact projects at companies like Tencent and Walmart, building both consumer and enterprise products from 0 to 1 and scaling them across markets.
I’m passionate about mentoring junior and mid-level designers. I’m here to help you build confidence, clarify direction, and grow with purpose—whether you’re working through design challenges or planning your next career move.
Let’s simplify complexity, navigate ambiguity, and design with intention.
✨ I can help with: • Portfolio reviews with actionable feedback • Resume and LinkedIn profile reviews • Communication tips for working with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders • Career path planning (IC → Lead → Manager) • Design decision-making and UX problem solving
